If you’re noticing that you’d like to work on being a little softer and kinder with yourself, and you’d like to make a little room in your day-to-day life for more enjoyment, less overwhelm, and healthier relationships, individual therapy might be a good fit! Check out descriptions from Lauren and Hannah below, and then click the “Get Started” button below as the first step to feeling better!

From Lauren: “My approach is transparent and genuine, fostering a safe and supportive environment to help you reach your goals. I work with individual adult clients for anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors, parenting stressors, and coping with ADHD. I help folks explore how past and present experiences shape their emotional and behavioral patterns. We’ll work together to help you create new responses to old triggers, and reconnect with your intuition and authentic self.

If you’d like a realistic, compassionate therapist who enjoys occasional dark humor but will call you on using said dark humor to avoid feeling your feelings, I’m her. Let’s touch base to get started.”

From Hannah: “I approach therapy from a relational and systems-based perspective. This means that I consider the ways in which we exist within our family units, communities, and the greater world around us to help better understand ourselves. This can look like exploring questions like “where did I learn this pattern of thinking?” and “how is what’s happening within my community impacting my mental wellbeing?

I enjoy working with individuals to support coping with life transitions, parenting challenges, family-of-origin wounds, and self-improvement. I have a lot of experience with diagnoses like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma and attachment disorders. I’m always open for an informational consultation to see if we might be a good fit.”
